LaSalle Ishii no Childs Quest

This satirical RPG puts you in the shoes of a manager for idol trio Childs, leading them on a road trip to concerts around Japan. Being satirical of Dragon Quest, the game’s random encounters don’t actually represent combat. Instead, your “enemies” are ordinary people, animals and garbage piles. Rather than combat, you “butter up” your “enemies” in these random encounters to gain popularity, which would be experience point in other RPGs. You can also clear these random encounters by “enduring” their rants, which supposedly make the “enemies” feel relieved after ventilating frustrations off their chests. Some enemies can also make sexual harassment attacks that raise a Childs member’s “dissatisfaction” level, which is a stat that carries consequences outside of encounters.

All 3 Childs members have their own dissatisfaction level. The consequence of letting this stat build up to 100% for any member of the group is desertion of said member back to the office’s basement level in “Shibucha”, which requires you to return to pick her back up. Aside from random encounters, dissatisfaction can also build by continuing to travel without addressing a Childs member’s spontaneous bathroom relief need. Their bathroom relief need is remedied either by using a bathroom in a hotel or a department store, or by consuming a diaper. Dissatisfaction can be reduced by resting in a hotel and eating in a restaurant. However, Childs members will demand using more expensive facilities as they level up. Using facilities that are cheaper than their demand will have the opposite effect and build dissatisfaction instead.

At certain points when you reach a venue to perform, you play a concert minigame where you signal instructions to Childs members as they perform on stage.
