The authors of various manga artists’ pens have been stolen and the player must travel to many worlds to retrieve them. These worlds happen to be popular manga titles that have been published by Nakayoshi magazine. Each world has its respective author that asks the player to retrieve her pen.
Nakayoshi to Issho is a simple RPG with small worlds. However, the battle mechanism is solely based on luck, attacks are determined by a slot machine.
