Although technically a two-in-one cartridge the two Zapper games on offer here are pretty much the same game with different levels.
Game One: Tough Cop has you visiting two different stages to take out a pair of criminals. First is a trip to the jungle to kill Jackson, who’s wanted for killing ten cops. Then it is off to a nondescript rocky area to get George, a member of a Colombian drug dealing group.
The second game, Super Tough Cop, is more of the same. It has you traveling to the Middle East to shoot a terrorist called Bill, following by a moving train where your target is Sanbun.
